Our studio is an inclusive and explorative space where you can deepen the connection to yourself and others.

We offer a wide range of classes within Yoga, Breathwork and Movement. A selected team of experienced teachers will help you to deepen your understanding of the body, breath and mind.

Most of our classes are held entirely or partially in English.

Our classes

Vinyasa: A dynamic, flow-based practice

Hatha: A foundational practice focusing on alignment and holding poses.

Yin: A slow-paced, meditative style of yoga targeting deep connective tissues.

Rocket / Rocket Lab: A fast-paced, progressive style of Ashtanga yoga

Spiritual Warrior (Jivamukti): A fixed, high-energy Jivamukti sequence.

Strong Flow: A more vigorous and physically demanding flow sequence.

Yoga Basics: Designed for beginners or those want a good start to their yoga practice.

Relax & Restore: A gentle, restful yoga practice.

Mama & Baby: Yoga tailored for new mothers and their infants.

Prenatal: Yoga focused on supporting the body during pregnancy.

Breathwork: Conscious breathing class

Handstand (Open Level): Classes where you can work on your handstand

Movement: A cross-disciplinary class that includes elements of gymnastics, mobility and yoga

Flexibility for Climbers: Class focused on building active mobility, strength and control in ranges of motion that are especially useful for climbing.
