    Sommarens roligaste vecka! Välkommen till ett händelserikt klätterläger hos oss på Moumo! Veckan är såklart fylld med mycket klättring men vi kommer även att göra en massa andra saker.

  • Foundation

    The Foundation class is a great starting point for level (green+) blue climbers looking to start their climbing journey - the right way. You will climb and develop together with other motivated climbers, learn new climbing techniques and gain knowledge of climbing-specific training routines, all the time coached by Ingrid Ellmin. 4 weeks x 90 minutes

  • Klättergympa

    Klättergympa (climbing aerobics) is a class designed and taught by certified climbing coach Ingrid Ellmin. It is a dynamic class tailored for climbers seeking to enhance their basic fitness and mobility.

    The most rewarding technical development opportunity outside of personal coaching. This session focuses on a different aspect of climbing technique and movement each month. Learn with other like-minded climbers in a small group on bespoke boulders specifically set for the session!

    Intermediate/advanced class for level blue+/red climbers looking to improve and progress. Coach Ingrid will guide you through various training blocks, helping you level up your climbing. You will develop intuitive movement patterns, work on specific climbing techniques and general climbing strength. 4 weeks x 90 minutes.
